8:00 AM – Gates and Main Tent Registration opens (registration, memberships, apparel and more)
9:00 AM – Food & Vendor Midway open
Door prizes and DJ begins
Participant Choice voting
Valve Cover Display
11:30 AM to 2:30 PM – Silent Auction for Diabetes
Door prizes drawn all day long
Blind man racing
2:00 PM – Summer Santa may pay a visit
3:00 PM – 50/50 draw (tickets on sale through the day)
3:45 PM – Drivers meet in parking lot for Cruise
4:30 PM – Cruise to Rattlesnake Point
7:00 PM – Banquet with special guest speaker, Jim Kenzie, prize giveaways & live auction

Sunday, June 14

9:00 AM – Gates and Main Tent opens, registration, memberships, apparel and more

10:00 AM – Valve Cover Races start
12:00 PM – All participant choice ballets must be in
All Best of Awards will be selected on Sunday
2:00 PM – Award ceremony
